The language barrier with some of the staff could be a slight challenge, but they still try their best to assist.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are much lower compared to other hotels in the same area, but the quality and experience are comparable. The location of the hotel is also great, close to attractions and shopping centers. Another advantage is the clean and well-equipped rooms, perfect for a comfortable stay.
The wifi can be quite slow, especially when it comes to video streaming and video calls. This might be a problem if you heavily rely on the internet for entertainment or work.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect for me, very close to the center and the metro station. The staff was amazing and very helpful during my stay, making sure everything was taken care of. The room was great, equipped with everything I needed, including a mini-bar and an electric kettle. I also enjoyed using the spa and wellness center, especially the sauna and steam room. The restaurant was fantastic too, with delicious food and great service.
Highly recommend this place to families.

The hotel appeared to be new and well-maintained. The bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful organization of the snacks and the convenience of the electric kettle for tea and coffee.
We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Istanbul.
